Before patients can begin any program, they must receive approval from our primary care physician.
Patients Who Are Eligible For a Full Refund:
In cases where the provider did not confirm a patient’s appointment or the patient health history precludes a provider consultation, either in person or via video visit for the service, which they paid for. In this case, the patient will receive a full refund for the cost of the session, which was paid but not received due to unconfirmed appointment by the provider.
If a patient wants to cancel their appointment and the provider has already confirmed the appointment, they must log in to the Patient Portal account 24-hours in advance before the scheduled appointment in order to not be charged. Once a consultation has been completed and a patient has received medical advice and/or a prescription from one of our Medical Providers, the charge is captured and is considered final.
It is a patient’s responsibility to make sure that their billing info is accurate and up to date. In the event that a patient’s billing info is incorrect or expired, the patients will not be eligible to continue the program until accurate billing information is obtained. In addition, the patient will still be responsible for all services, medications received during this time.
Patients who miss their appointment are subject to a full service fee charge that corresponds to the service they have missed.
Patients can reschedule appointments at a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Failing to give 24 hours notice of rescheduling will incur a full service charge. Patients who wish to change their provider, they may do so. If this is the case, any pending appointments shall be cancelled, by canceling any pending appointments, patients have the option to re select a provider of choice or they may ask for a visit refund. Refunds may be requested 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
Patients, who have paid and not yet received a confirmation decision from the provider are not eligible for a refund. If the provider is unable to make an appointment decision because of the patient’s negligence therefore, no refund will be issued. In cases where due to some negligence on our part the patient was unable to perform the initial visit, we will issue a refund for the cost of the session, which was paid but not received.
In addition, once a patient enrolls on the program, they are no longer entitled to a refund. This applies even if the patient receives an appointment confirmation from the provider and then became disqualified later on due to medical reasons. Nevertheless, even though a refund is not required in these cases, HEALDi may decide to issue a partial refund for the service, part of the full program, which was paid for but not received.

Any refund due back to our customers will be issued within 7-10 business days of the refund request.

Any payments due to HEALDi will be charged to the form of payment on file with us.
New patients will have to pay the initial fee immediately in order to begin the program. Current patients that pay the full annual fee will be charged immediately before making their first appointment with a provider. Current patients not on an annual fee service program must pay before receiving any future services from HEALDi.
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your Account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. By providing HEALDi with your credit card number and associated payment information, you agree that HEALDi is authorized to immediately invoice your account for all fees and charges due and payable to HEALDi. No additional notice or consent is required.
You acknowledge and agree that you shall be personally responsible for all incurred expenses. HEALDi offers no guarantee that you shall receive any health insurance reimbursement. HEALDi reserves the right to modify or implement a new pricing structure at any time before billing you for your initial payment or for future payments due pursuant to these Terms of Use. You understand and agree that for services provided on an appointment basis, you will be responsible for a missed appointment fee equal to the fees you would have paid for the scheduled services if you do not cancel a scheduled appointment at least 24 hours in advance.
