    HEALDi LLC is an organization focused on connecting health care providers with patients who are seeking to save time while attending their health care needs. At HEALDi we also specialize in providing the access to specialty care for individuals with diabetes and those at risk for type 2 diabetes. We aim at connecting patients within a coordinated Telemedicine platform using an online interface for both the clinician and patient who are “on the go”. Our goal is to provide quality care and access to individualized treatment plans and services (i.e. online/on-demand & in person) care using a “state of the art” comprehensive care platform, which provides access to secure portals for easy scheduling, follow-up appointments alerts and other 21st century service approaches to manage health.

    The new Registered Dietitian or Licensed Nutritionist would be able to provide one on one consultations or online consultations evaluating a client’s nutritional needs. The ideal candidate must is a dynamic Registered Dietitian (RD) with the motivation to develop and implement new initiatives. NYS certification (CDN) and a minimum of one year of acute care experience is required. A Master's degree is preferred. Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) and bilingual (English & Spanish) skills are a preferred.

    The Clinical Product Development Intern is an important member of a team that is responsible for interpreting the Telehealth program workflow details, designing, and building new products and processes as needed. Specifically, this individual will work on projects and work streams focusing on the programmatic, process, workflow and policy aspects of Telehealth products, consistent with the goals of building and improving performance of these products. The Specialist will work closely with the CEO on initiatives to design and construct capability to support the clinical vision and value proposition of the various products. This position would be integral to making sure product mechanics are seamless and unfelt by the consumer.

    The position requires strong experience in public health, strategic thinking, and an ability to connect dots, and work on multiple tasks for meeting short-term and long-term project goals. The intern will assist in solving operational issues, and ensuring website design evolves with evolving consumer needs.

    Principal Accountabilities:

    • Strong knowledge of government requirements for serving Telehealth consumers
    • Stays current on all of the relevant information furnished by the government
    • Learns industry best practices and managed care protocols
    • Design, development, implementation and training
    • Works in conjunction with CEO to translate government requirements to actionable needs
    • Assists in making phone calls and research and defining product and product scope for services, vendor relationships
    • Focuses on the programmatic, clinical appropriateness, workflow and process aspects of servicing consumer needs
    • Works on multiple cross functional projects to build and document process, workflows, procedures, product business requirement documents
    • Develop provider online training based on website functionalities

    • Assesses performance of website functionalities
    • Helps research, develop and maintain product dashboards
    • Conducts qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify problems or suboptimal performance
